Using light weights, resistance bands, Pilates rings, and ankle/wrist weights, you’ll move through low-impact, core-focused exercises that fire up your muscles, improve posture, and build total-body strength—all to an upbeat reggaeton playlist that keeps you moving and feeling yourself the entire time.
